We had reported earlier that Maruti was soon to join the ranks of carmakers who have slashed prices post the reduction of excise duties in the interim budget and now, the manufacturer has revealed the revised prices.
The latest from the company's stables, the Maruti Celerio, now starts at Rs 3.76 lakh as against Rs 3.90 lakh earlier and goes up to Rs 4.78 lakh for the top-end ZXi (O) model, which was priced at Rs 4.96 lakh earlier. The Automated Manual Transmission (AMT)-equipped LXi variant now starts at Rs 4.14 lakh and goes on to Rs 4.43 lakh for the VXi trim.
The Swift Dzire range is now priced from Rs 4.85 - 7.82 lakh, the Alto 800 from Rs 2.72 - 3.52 lakh, the Alto K10 from Rs 3.15 - 3.31 lakh, the Wagon R from Rs 3.48 - 4.37 lakh, the Ritz from Rs 4.23 - 6.15 lakh, the Ertiga from Rs 5.8 - 7.5 lakh and the Swift from Rs 4.42 - 6.7 lakh.
