    Trion Nemesis.

American firm Trion SuperCars is coming up with a 'Nemesis' hypercar with a claimed 2000bhp. It is due to begin in January 2016.

The Nemesis features a twin-turbocharged 9.0-litre V8 engine and allegedly has a top speed in excess of 435kph. It is also capable of pulling off a 0-100kph sprint in just 2.8sec. Such speeds would allow the Nemesis to beat rivals including the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse and the Koenigsegg One:1. Four-wheel drive and an eight-speed sequential manual transmission are standard, while braking power is provided by carbon-ceramic disc brakes, six-piston front calipers and four-piston rear calipers.

Underpinning the Nemesis is a carbonfibre monocoque and a pushrod-based suspension system. Many of the body panels are formed from carbonfibre as well, to reduce weight, while active aerodynamics is used to improve the car's handling capabilities. The Nemesis features an aerodynamic shape which its makers describe as being "flawless from the front growl to the captivating tail configuration". At the rear, the Nemesis adopts the same wide-arched style as the McLaren P1.

Inside, the Nemesis features a digital dashboard and internet connectivity. It's claimed to offer comfortable seating for those up to 6'4" tall, as well as a storage compartment that can accommodate golf clubs. The car also has a 'Predator Mode', which modifies its height, suspension settings, exhaust noise and rev limit as well as its interior lighting.

Trion SuperCars describes itself as a manufacturer of "advanced ultra-luxury, high-performance line of vehicles designed around the driver". The American startup company says the Nemesis is currently in the earliest stages of development, but that the first prototype models will be built in February 2015, by California-based coachbuilding company N2A motors.
