Good news for motorsport fans in India – German touring car series DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters) will be streamed live in the country on FanCode. Earlier this year, FanCode also acquired the rights to stream F1 in India, as part of a two-year deal.

    1. FanCode to stream full 2024 DTM season
    2. Maini promoted to Performance Driver status this year

FanCode will stream practice, qualifying and races for the complete 2024 DTM season. The series also has an India connect with Arjun Maini racing for Mercedes-AMG Team HRT.

Maini made history in 2021 as the first Indian to compete in DTM and even scored a podium finish at Norisring in his debut season. While he was previously classified as a junior, Maini has been promoted to Mercedes-AMG Performance Driver status this year.

Alongside Mercedes, the DTM grid features some of the biggest names in the automotive industry, with brands like Audi, Ferrari, BMW, Lamborghini, McLaren and Porsche fielding cars.

“I am really looking forward to this season. I am happy that Indian motorsport fans will be able to watch me compete in DTM on FanCode. The level of competition amongst the teams is really close and motorsport fans can look forward to some thrilling racing,” said Maini.

    FanCode DTM price, subscription plans

FanCode offers multiple packages at different price points, with the most affordable being the Race Pass, which covers streaming for one round, at Rs 19.

The monthly pass costs Rs 199, while the yearly pass is currently available at a discounted rate of Rs 999.

Subscribers can watch the races live on FanCode’s website, as well their Android and iOS apps. For TV streaming, apps are available for Android TV, JioTV and Amazon Fire TV. Streaming is allowed on four devices simultaneously per account.

"We are excited to exclusively bring the DTM 2024 season to India, strengthening our motorsports portfolio. DTM has been grabbing the attention of motorsports fans worldwide. With an Indian talent like Arjun Maini on the grid, we believe this partnership will resonate strongly with the Indian fanbase,” said Yannick Colaco, Co-Founder of FanCode.

The 2024 DTM season kicks off with Round 1 this weekend (April 26-28) at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben.
