I was about to book the Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo 1.5L MT, but recently test drove the Jeep Compass 1.4L MT. Now, I'm confused between the two. Please help.

Autocar India says: Both cars are very different in character. The Kushaq feels more user-friendly with its smaller dimensions and lighter controls, and its 1.5-litre TSI engine feels responsive, and gets you better fuel efficiency. The Skoda, despite being a bit cheaper, has more features than the Jeep Compass Sport too.
The Jeep's 1.4L turbo-petrol has more lag in comparison, although once on boost, it delivers strong performance. But the Jeep's appeal lies in its toughness and it feels sturdier than the Kushaq, offering excellent highway manners. Between the two, the Kushaq gets our vote because of its friendlier character, the Monte Carlo's sportier looks, and its relatively more affordable pricing.
