Looking for a daily commuter with a comfortable pillion seat

I want to buy a bike within a budget of Rs 1.2 lakh for a daily commute of 25km through traffic. My requirements are a 150-250cc engine, decent mileage of 40-45kpl and a comfortable pillion ride. I have shortlisted the Honda CB Hornet 160 R, the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, and the Yamaha FZ-FI.

Among this lot, the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is a slight cut above the rest in terms of refinement and handling, while the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, at 23hp, has a little more grunt.
