I have seen that the specifications of the new Royal Enfield Bullet 350 are leaked and the bike looks almost exactly the same as the Classic 350. Which one should I buy?

Autocar India says: The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 has always been very similar on paper to the Classic 350 and those similarities continue on the new gen J Series platform. The engine, chassis and wheel sizes are more or less the same on both bikes. As before, differences will mostly come down to style with the Bullet taking a simpler approach. The J-series RE Bullet 350 will get a different rear fender with a more squared off look and its side panels for the battery box and throttle body cover will also be rectangular unlike the oval design on the Classic but it will use the same tail lamp.
Colour options will likely be more muted on the Bullet, although it will continue to get hand painted pinstripes. The Bullet will be available in 3 variants with the lowest model getting a rear drum brake and single channel ABS.
The new Bullet 350 will undoubtedly be more affordable than the Classic 350 and the official prices will be out on 1 September. Choosing between this and the Classic 350 will come down to two things - how much more affordable the Bullet ends up being and which bike’s look you prefer. We suggest waiting till it is officially launched before you make a decision.
