I was eagerly waiting for the new Maruti Brezza but the price of the top-spec automatic goes beyond my budget. I don't want an AMT and the Venue and Sonet aren't spacious enough. I can stretch my budget to a maximum of Rs 15 lakh (on-road). What are my options?

Autocar India Says: You are right. The top-spec variant of the Maruti Brezza is the priciest in its segment, and is over Rs 16 lakh on-road. But since you liked the Brezza, you could opt for the ZXi AT variant, instead of the top-most ZXi+ AT. The former is pretty well-equipped at Rs 14.69 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), with features like LED headlamps, sunroof, alloys, etc, and should comfortably fit within your budget. The new 6-speed torque converter automatic is far smoother than its AMT rivals, and as you mentioned, you won't have to sacrifice on space and practicality either.
