    Maruti Ciaz diesel

I have a four-year-old Maruti Ciaz diesel that’s covered 88,500km. Of late, the car has started feeling out of breath and needs a tap on the accelerator to bring it back to normal. What is causing this?

Autocar India says: The problem could likely be due to a leaking turbocharger or intercooler hose. We recommend taking your car to an authorised Maruti Suzuki service centre to get it diagnosed properly. The fault could also be due to an injector malfunction or a clogged EGR valve, which the service centre should be able to diagnose upon a test drive and inspection.
