Tata Indica Silhouette was benchmarked against the Porsche 911 GT3 of the time! No seats in the back, but a massive racing motor and race car suspension. This is as hardcore a Tata Indica could get. Built for purpose. Racing seats and spaceframe! Digital instrument cluster gave driver all info needed. Raucous and loud, the Silhouette sounded nothing like the standard Indica. The ultimate Indica low-rider. One from the archives. The Tata Indica Silhouette was part-Indica in look, but fully mad race car underneath. This one-off prototype housed a 330hp, 3.5-litre petrol engine, sequential gearbox, inboard suspension and a limited slip differential within its spaceframe construction.
