Suzuki has unveiled the Burgman Street EX 125cc scooter at the Intermot 2022 show. The Burgman Street EX is, essentially, the same Burgman Street that's sold in India. The Suzuki Burgman Street EX joins the Address 125 (called the Access 125 here) and the Avenis as the third 125cc scooter in Suzuki’s international product portfolio. To reiterate, Suzuki exports the Address 125 and Avenis from India.
According to online reports, the Burgman Street EX that was unveiled at Intermot is powered by Suzuki’s 8.48hp, 124cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine. In comparison, the same engine produces 8.7hp at 6750rpm in India. Another notable change to the Burgman Street sold here is the presence of a 12-inch rear wheel on the Burgman Street EX.
As for the features, the international scooter and Indian scooter are pretty much the same. It gets the Suzuki Easy start system and a glovebox with USB charging port.
The Burgman's design and underpinnings are identical to the Indian scooter, with the only visible difference being the new grab rail on the international-spec scooter that incorporates a luggage rack.
