Bajaj recently launched its first all-electric two-wheeler, the Chetak. The e-scooter is available in two variants – the base-spec Urbane at a price of Rs 1 lakh and the Premium, which costs Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Pune and Bengaluru). Bookings are open on the company’s website for an amount of Rs 2,000, with deliveries of the scooter set to begin later in February. However, the first units of the e-scooter will be delivered in Pune and Bengaluru – at least initially, before it is made available in major metros like Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
The Chetak will be sold via existing KTM outlets and mentioned below are the dealerships where the scooter will make its way to first. Bajaj has also informed us that the e-scooter will be available for test rides at these showrooms by the end of the month. To know more about the Chetak, head here.
