A few teasers later, Bajaj has now officially unveiled the updated Pulsar N150 and Pulsar N160, and both bikes now get the digital display that we saw previously, along with Bluetooth connectivity via the Ride Connect app.
- New dash also shows average mileage, distance to empty
- Switchgear has been revised
The new digital display allows the user to pair their smartphone using the proprietary Bajaj Ride Connect app, which then can be used to accept/decline incoming calls and receive notification alerts. This update finally puts the Pulsar models at par with other rivals from TVS, Hero and Yamaha that already have these features.
Aside from all this, the new dash is also capable of showing you real-time fuel efficiency, average mileage and distance to empty. The bikes themselves remain mechanically unchanged.
Currently, the Bajaj Pulsar N150 is priced at Rs 1.18 lakh, while the dual-channel ABS version of the Pulsar N160 is priced at Rs 1.30 lakh. Expect prices to go up once the new models are launched.
We recently reported that Bajaj is planning to launch many updated and new models this year, so you could also see an updated Pulsar NS160 as well as an updated Pulsar N250, both of which have been spotted testing earlier, in the coming months.
