In a bid to incorporate used two-wheelers into its fleet of rentals, Bengaluru-based firm Bounce has partnered with used two-wheeler sales platform CredR to provide refurbished two-wheelers. These vehicles will be listed on Bounce’s platform under various long-term rental or subscription schemes and will also be available for purchase.
The press statement revealed that the partnership is “aimed at providing a wide range of used two-wheelers to consumers with varying budgets and requirements and a step towards expanding the distribution channel, thereby increasing refurbished used two-wheeler accessibility.”
CredR is currently operational across eight cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi-NCR and Jaipur, with over 50 showrooms. Interested customers can book their two-wheelers from one of these showrooms or the Bounce app, and even have it delivered home.
The current scenario will likely see an increase in demand for used two-wheelers and the partnership is looking to make them more accessible to the general public. CredR chief strategy officer, Sasidhar Nandigam, also said that the firm is working on “more such partnerships with other companies to democratise the access of our products to a larger base of customers.”
