KTM has just announced the pricing and details of its entire BS6 line-up. All of its existing models are now BS6-compliant. You can read about the smaller capacity 125 Duke and RC 125, here. The RC200 and RC390, meanwhile, are now priced at Rs 1.97 lakh and Rs 2.48 lakh, respectively. This is a hike of Rs 6,138 and Rs 4,061 over their corresponding BS4 models.
The BS6 RC range is available in new graphic schemes and KTM has also equipped the RC200 with a dual-channel ABS unit (BS4 model featured single-channel ABS). Interestingly, KTM has managed to update the bikes to comply with the more stringent emission norms without any loss in peak power or torque. The RC200’s 199.5cc single-cylinder engine produces 25hp at 10,000rpm and 19.2Nm of torque at 8,000rpm. Meanwhile, the RC390’s 373.3cc single-cylinder unit makes 43.5hp at 9,000rpm and 36Nm of torque at 7,000rpm.
We’d brought you prices of the BS6 KTM 250 Duke (Rs 2 lakh) and 390 Duke (Rs 2.53 lakh) earlier this week, with the latter now also getting a bi-directional quickshifter.
All prices, ex-showroom, Delhi.
