Harley-Davidson India has launched a new home delivery service for its motorcycles. The company has said this will help customers explore the models on its website – H-D.com – and then connect with a dealer to discuss their purchase.
Home deliveries are free for a distance up to 40km from the dealership, after which it is chargeable for every extra kilometre. The American brand has also introduced a 30-day extension for Harley-Davidson owners whose product warranties are expiring during the lockdown period.
The brand will also provide a 60-day extension to customers who fall under the HDFS (Harley-Davidson Financial Services) planned maintenance programme.
