Honda India has announced special offers on one of its most popular two-wheelers, the Honda Shine.
Buyers can avail a low down payment amount of Rs 5,999 and 5 percent cashback, up to Rs 5,000. This cashback offer is only applicable on EMI transactions via select debit and credit cards, and requires a minimum transaction amount of Rs 30,000. In addition, customers can avail a personal insurance worth Rs 5 lakh on the purchase of the Honda Joy Club Loyalty membership.
The Honda Shine is one of the best commuter motorcycles in the segment and recently achieved the one crore-unit sales mark in India in January 2022. The motorcycle comes in two variants, Drum and Disc, which cost Rs 74,943 and Rs 79,343, respectively.
The Honda Shine is powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 10.74hp and 11Nm and is paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The Shine competes with the TVS Raider (Rs 82,953) and the Hero Super Splendor (Rs 74,600: Drum, Rs 77,600: Disc).
The Shine is a good option for those looking for a no-nonsense commuter. Although the Shine is on par with the Super Splendor in terms of power, the Raider makes slightly more power than the two.
