Bajaj Auto has lowered the price of the KTM 390 Duke to Rs 2.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), a reduction of Rs 18,000 compared to its earlier asking price of Rs 3.13 lakh.

  1. The KTM 390 Duke is the most powerful bike under Rs 3 lakh
  2. It shares its engine and frame with new 390 Adventure
  3. It has ABS, traction control, riding modes and adjustable suspension

With this repositioning, the KTM 390 Duke becomes the most powerful bike in the sub-Rs 3 lakh price bracket in India. Its 399cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled mill is rated for 46hp and 39Nm of torque. At its new price, it is almost on par with its Husqvarna counterpart, the Rs 2.92 lakh Svartpilen 401

In its latest guise, the 390 Duke comes standard with adjustable suspension, a bidirectional quickshifter, three riding modes (Track, Street and Rain), launch control, traction control and Bluetooth connectivity.

Recently, Bajaj also repositioned the Triumph Speed T4 to Rs 1.99 lakh, which saw the exact same price cut – Rs 18,000 – as the 390 Duke. The 390 Duke’s price cut is permanent and isn’t a limited-time discount.
