Hero MotoCorp has teased the upcoming Maestro Xoom scooter, which is slated to launch on January 30. The Maestro Xoom will most likely be Hero’s most feature-laden 110cc scooter and will also mark the first time it equips a 110cc scooter with 12-inch wheels at both ends.

Hero Maestro Xoom launch on January 30: details
Hero is set to launch its third product in the highly competitive 110cc scooter segment – the Maestro Xoom – on January 30. The teaser image for the upcoming Hero scooter reveals that it gets a completely redesigned front, with an X-shaped LED headlight located on the front apron.
From a leaked presentation at a dealer event last year, we also know that this will be the first 110cc scooter from India’s largest legacy manufacturer to feature 12-inch wheels at both ends. This presentation also informed us that the Maestro Xoom would be equipped with a fully-digital dash featuring Bluetooth connectivity.
While other mechanical specifications are still under wraps, the Maestro Xoom will likely feature the 8hp, 8.7 Nm-making 110cc unit from the Maestro Edge and the Pleasure+ XTEC. Like the Pleasure+ XTEC, this scooter will feature Hero’s patented i3s fuel-saving start/stop technology.
Hero’s 110cc scooter line-up consists of the Pleasure+ – which costs between Rs 68,368-77,268, while the Maestro Edge 110 costs between Rs 69,816-74,910. Considering all the premium features the Maestro Xoom will pack, it is fair to assume that it will carry a premium over the aforementioned two scooters. Upon its launch, the Maestro Xoom will rival the TVS Jupiter, another homegrown 110cc scooter with 12-inch wheels at both ends. All will be revealed on January 30, so stay tuned for more.
All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Delhi.
