Classic Legends, an arm of the Mahindra and Mahindra group resurrected the Jawa brand a few years ago and that opened the floodgates of nostalgia in India. Many people made a bee line for the Jawas, however, production and delivery related issues meant waiting times spiralled to months. The company’s latest model, the Jawa Perak has also managed to garner similar levels of interest as the Jawa 42 and Jawa Classic.
