Renault India is offering discounts of up to Rs 60,000 on its model line-up – the Kwid hatchback, the Triber MPV and the Kiger compact SUV for August 2022. Along with cash discounts, scrappage benefits and exchange bonuses, the French brand is also offering accessories worth Rs 5,000 free under its special Freedom Carnival offer.

Renault Triber
Save up to Rs 60,000
The Triber is the only sub-4m MPV offering in the Indian market. It comes powered by a sole 72hp, 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that’s mated to a 5-speed manual or AMT transmission. In Maharashtra, Goa, Kerala, and Gujarat, Renault is offering a total discount of Rs 60,000 on the MPV, including cash discounts of Rs 45,000, free accessories worth Rs 5,000 and exchange benefits worth Rs 10,000 under the scrappage policy benefit. Meanwhile, customers in other states can get an overall discount of Rs 55,000 on the Triber.
The Triber limited edition, with more features, gets a total discount of Rs 45,000 in Maharashtra, Goa, and Gujarat, and Rs 35,000 in Kerala. The rest of India, however, gets a discount of just Rs 15,000.
Renault Kwid
Save up to Rs 50,000
Renault’s budget hatchback, the Kwid, which received a facelift in 2019, comes with two petrol engine options – a 1.0-litre and an 0.8 litre unit, producing 68hp and 54hp, respectively. The 2022 Kwid gets an overall discount of Rs 50,000 in Maharashtra, Goa, and Kerala that includes cash benefits worth Rs 35,000, free accessories worth Rs 5,000 and the scrappage policy benefits. Renault is offering discounts up to Rs 45,000 in the remaining states.
Renault Kiger
Save up to Rs 25,000
Unlike the other two models, the Kiger gets a uniform discount across all states of up to Rs 25,000, which includes corporate discounts worth Rs 10,000, scrappage benefits of Rs 10,000 and free accessories worth Rs 5,000. The updated compact SUV, which was launched in March 2022, continues with a 100hp, 1.0 turbo-petrol and a 72hp, 1.0 naturally aspirated petrol unit.
