Honda is continuing to offer significant discounts across its model range, which currently comprises of the Elevate SUV, the City sedan (also available in hybrid e:HEV form), and the Amaze compact sedan. Benefits this month include cash discounts, loyalty and exchange benefits and corporate schemes. Here’s how much you could save on your new Honda car or SUV in June 2024.

Honda City
Benefits up to Rs 1.15 lakh
Honda’s answer to the Maruti Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus and Skoda Slavia is available with the same discounts as last month. The City Elegant Edition, which had launched during the previous festive season, is available with the maximum discount of Rs 1.15 lakh. The City was given a minor update in April, which saw it get additional safety kit including six airbags, and these variants have discounts up to Rs 78,000. City sedans produced before April 1 have benefits up to Rs 88,000. The City is available in four variants, all of which get a 121hp, 1.4-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine. All but entry-level City SV have a CVT option along with the manual gearbox.
Honda Amaze
Benefits up to Rs 1.06 lakh
Like the Honda City, which has the special edition on offer with the highest discounts, the Honda Amaze Elite Edition – it had launched at the same time as the City Elegant – gets maximum benefits up to Rs 1.06 lakh. Compared to last month, the amount has increased by Rs 10,000. While the entry-level E variant has benefits up to Rs 66,000, the S and VX trims have total benefits up to Rs 76,000.
The Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aura rival is available with a 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine that has manual gearbox and CVT auto options. Honda’s compact sedan was recently tested by Global NCAP, receiving a 2-star rating. However, the current model is soon to be replaced with an all-new Amaze, which is expected to arrive during the festive season this year.
Honda City hybrid
Benefits up to Rs 65,000
Total benefits on the Honda City e:HEV amount to the same as last month – a direct cash discount of Rs 65,000 is on offer with the hybrid sedan. Priced from Rs 19 lakh, the City hybrid doesn’t have any direct rivals in the market, and comes with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and two electric motors, all of which are mated to an e-CVT gearbox. The combined output is 126hp.
Honda Elevate
Benefits up to Rs 55,000
The newest model in Honda’s India range, the Elevate SUV, has the same amount of benefits as last month. The lower-spec V trim and the top-spec ZX variant get the maximum benefits of up to Rs 55,000, while the other variants – entry-level SV and mid-spec VX – have discounts worth Rs 45,000.
The Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and Skoda Kushaq rival comes with the same 121hp, naturally aspirated 1.5-litre engine, along with the same manual and CVT gearbox options, as the City sedan.
