Lamborghini has revealed the new Huracan Super Trofeo Jota (STJ) – the Italian manufacturer’s final V10-engined sportscar. The STJ is limited to just 10 units and marks the culmination of production of the Huracan series, which started back in 2014. The model will be replaced by a new hybrid sportscar later this year.

  1. Huracan STJ is the last Lamborghini with a V10 engine
  2. Gets special aerodynamic package over Huracan STO

Lamborghini Huracan STJ powertrain

Powering the Huracan STJ is the same 630hp, 565Nm, 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 as the Huracan STO that's mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox powering the rear wheels.

The Huracan STJ is equipped with a dedicated aerodynamic package developed by Lamborghini Squadra Corse technicians, which helps it go around the Nardo Technical Center Handling Track one second quicker than the STO. The package brings in two new carbon-fibre appendages and adjusts the angle of the rear spoiler by 3 degrees, with Lamborghini saying downforce has improved by around 10 percent.

Moreover, a new set of race-derived, four-way adjustable shock absorbers have been fitted, which allow for increased stiffness and improved handling. The STJ also uses special Bridgestone Potenza racing tyres installed on 20-inch single-nut rims.

Lamborghini Huracan STJ design

While Lamborghini says that the Huracan STJ’s design is based on the STO, it’s available with two different configurations and liveries. The first one features Grigio Telesto (grey) exterior paint, matched with a black roof, red and white trim, and black Alcantara seats with red stitching. The second design, with bright blue Blu Eliadi paintwork, also gets a black roof with red and white trim details. Both are fitted with a commemorative plaque marked 1-10 to reflect the model’s exclusivity.

Lamborghini Huracan STJ pricing, India launch

The pricing for the Huracan STJ hasn’t been revealed yet, however, it is expected to cost more than the STO's Rs 4.99 crore (ex-showroom, India). That said, considering the limited run of just 10 units, the Huracan STJ isn’t expected to launch here.
