Before Hyundai Creta N Line prices are revealed on March 11, we now have details on the sporty midsize SUV’s variants, and exterior colour options. Hyundai will offer the Creta N Line in two higher-epc variants, N8 and N10.
- Creta N Line N8, N10 likely to get MT and DCT options
- To be offered in three monotone and dual-tone colour options
- To rival Seltos X-Line, Kushaq Monte Carlo, Taigun GT Edge
The Creta N Line N8 and N10 trims are likely to be analogous to the Creta’s SX and SX(O) variants, and as such will likely share the same features and safety kit. For example, the N8 variant is unlikely to get the Level 2 ADAS suite, and miss out on kit such as the 8-speaker Bose audio system and ventilated front seats, which are expected on the top-spec Creta N Line N10.
Mechanically, the two variants are expected to be identical – the 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine will be offered with 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission options. They will also share the tweaked suspension and steering setup, along with the more vocal exhaust note.
Hyundai will offer three monotone exterior finishes – Abyss Black Pearl, Atlas White, and Titan Grey Matte – along with three dual-tone ones – Atlas White, Shadow Grey, and Thunder Blue – which get a contrasting black roof. The sporty Hyundai SUV, which will cost a premium over its standard couterpart, will rival the likes of the Kia Seltos X-Line, the Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo and the Volkswagen Taigun GT Edge, all of which are unique-looking range-topping offerings. However, the Creta N Line is the only one here to get some degree of mechanical changes.
