Hyundai India has launched a new 'Hyundai Subscription' ownership scheme. In partnership with Revv, the subscription-based ownership model will provide customers with an opportunity to experience Hyundai vehicles with hassle-free ownership, flexibility and limited commitment.
The Hyundai Subscription scheme is set to begin in Q1 2019 and will be available across six cities in India – Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The initiative will enable customers to opt for flexible ownership plans based on their convenience. Customers can opt for short- or long-term subscription plans, swap across the Hyundai range and even avail the car with zero down payment. Customers who go for a one-year subscription or more are assured a new car. There’s also an option for no insurance or maintenance for short-term subscription plans. The brand also claims that there will not be a waiting period for the models that are available on subscription.
Carmakers in India are slowly gravitating towards the idea of subscription-based ownership. And in the last few months, manufacturers like Skoda,Toyota and even the upcoming MG brand have all confirmed offering such plans for their customers.
