Mahindra’s Bolero and Bolero Neo are definitely still popular models for the brand if their booking numbers are anything to go by. The carmaker still receives nearly 10,000 bookings for both SUVs each month, which is one of the reasons why the company still has a decent number of models that are still to be delivered.
- Mahindra yet to deliver 10,000 units of both SUVs
- Average monthly bookings have reduced slightly
Compared to the number of pending deliveries for these two SUVs in February 2024, the order backlog is still at the same level – there are still about 10,000 Bolero and Bolero Neos to be delivered to customers. Considering both SUVs still garner 9,500 bookings (down from the 11,000 units Mahindra was receiving earlier), it seems like the company is only a month behind on deliveries for the Bolero range.
The Mahindra Bolero is powered by a 76hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine that's currently priced between Rs 9.98 lakh-10.91 lakh, and comes in three variants – B4, B6 and B6 OPT. Mahindra’s oldest model that’s still on sale is due to receive a generation change that's expected to arrive in 2026.
Mahindra’s Bolero Neo is a unique ladder-frame compact SUV capable of seating seven. Available in N 4, N8 and N10 trims, the Neo is powered by a 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel mill that comes only with a manual. Neo prices currently range between Rs 9.95 lakh-12.15 lakh. Recently, Mahindra launched the 9-seater Bolero Neo+, priced between Rs 11.39 lakh and 12.49 lakh.
