Mercedes Benz GLE facelift: what to expect?

Ahead of its global debut tomorrow, Mercedes-Benz has released teasers of the updated GLE SUV. The most visible changes include modified front and rear bumpers, Mercedes S-Class-style tail-lights and an updated front grille. According to the teaser image, the GLE also gets a new alloy wheel design and we expect a more comprehensive range of exterior colour options.

The fourth-generation GLE has been on sale globally since 2019 and was launched in India in January 2020. This facelifted SUV will feature the latest iteration of Mercedes’ intelligent MBUX infotainment system, a host of assistance systems and technology, and updates to other areas of the interior. The GLE is likely to carry over the same engine line-up, including a 2.0-litre diesel and 3.0-litre V6 petrol. The performance-oriented GLE AMG line-up will also see updates subsequently.
