Nissan India has issued a recall for the Magnite SUV due to issues with its front door handle sensors. The recall is in effect for Magnite SUVs built between November 2020 and December 2023, however, Nissan hasn't shared the number of units that are affected.

Nissan Magnite recall: what variants does it affect?
The recall affects the base XE and mid XL variants only, and doesn't impact the safety of customers, the automaker claims. Nissan India further said that it will begin notifying owners of affected vehicles and assured them that they can continue using their vehicles without interruption. A retrofit of the sensor will be performed free of charge, it said.
Nissan Magnite facelift in the works
Nissan is expected to launch the facelift of the Magnite SUV by the end of this year. It will get cosmetic tweaks, a few more features and six airbags on some variants.
