In a bid to make its aftersales services more convenient, the Korean brand has announced that Hyundai Service – the brand’s portal to various aftersales services – will now be available for contact on Whatsapp.
Customers can receive Whatsapp notifications by giving a missed call on +918367796869, and will be able to book service appointments, receive invoices, share feedback and raise queries via the smartphone messaging application.
Hyundai India has also organised the Mega Experience Hyundai Camp today, at 575 locations across the country. As its name implies, the camp is meant to provide Hyundai car buyers an opportunity to experience the brand for all their service-related needs, in case they’re planning to buy a new Hyundai, evaluate their existing car and test drive the brand’s range. Attendees will also be able to avail free vehicle check-ups and personalised assistance.
Despite the industry-wide slowdown, Hyundai India has been doing well and has launched three all-new models this year – the Venue compact SUV, the Kona Electric and the Grand i10 Nios hatchback – along with a facelift for the Elantra executive sedan.
The Korean carmaker also recently discontinued diesel variants of the Grand i10 and has teased its upcoming next-gen compact sedan, christened the Aura.
