Tata Motors has displayed a special edition of the Hexa at the ongoing Auto Expo 2020. Called the Hexa Safari Edition, the model has been showcased to commemorate the popular Tata Safari SUV that was discontinued recently. The Safari Edition also previews a BS6-compliant Hexa that will be introduced in the Indian market later this year.

The Hexa Safari Edition is based on the Hexa 4x4 with special exterior paint schemes and dark grey alloy wheels. On the inside, it gets special badging on the dashboard and new seat textures to differentiate it from the standard variant.
Tata hasn't revealed specifications of the engine, but we expect the same 2.2-litre diesel engine to be upgraded and carried forward with BS6 certification.
Apart from the Hexa Safari Edition, Tata Motors unveiled a slew of new products for India, starting with the HBX micro-SUV concept, the Gravitas SUV, the BS6-compliant Harrier, and a surprise Sierra EV SUV concept at Auto Expo 2020.
