Updated Dacia (Renault Duster): what's new?
Dacia’s new Y-shaped headlight designs and a chrome grille mark the new SUV out from the current car and, for the first time, it also gets fitted with LED front indicators, which are more efficient. New aero-optimised 15-inch and 16-inch wheels options and spoiler designs, in conjunction with new wheel bearings, tyres and the more efficient lights, are said to help cut CO2 emissions by 5.8g/km on the four-wheel-drive Duster.
The lightly revamped interior – designed with input from Dacia customers – receives new materials and a redesigned centre console with a 1.1-litre storage cubby, as well as an 8.0-inch touchscreen with smartphone integration that has been introduced as standard.
Under the hood, the updated Duster continues to be sold with a range of petrol and diesel engines, depending on the country.
Renault Duster in India
Renault still sells the first-generation Duster in the Indian market. The second-gen Duster will not come to India as the brand currently focuses on CMF modular platform-based models like the Kiger, Kwid and the Triber.
