Honda Elevate 1.5 Petrol SV MT
Honda Elevate: Practical, Comfortable, but Lacking Punch
Driving the Honda Elevate, I felt the familiar Honda comfort, especially with the cabin’s practical design and the well-cushioned seats. The 1.5L engine is adequate for city traffic but lacks the low-end torque needed for spirited driving, especially on highways where the CVT struggles to deliver quick acceleration. The ride is smooth and comfortable, absorbing rough roads well, which makes it a solid choice for city commutes and occasional rough patches.
The interior space is generous, and the features like wireless charging and the infotainment system with wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay are convenient. It’s well-equipped for its segment, with a good safety suite, including ADAS features, though it doesn’t feel as sporty or engaging as some competitors.
If you're looking for a reliable urban crossover with solid comfort and practicality, the Elevate does the job, but for a bit more power or excitement, it might fall short.
