This update features two new colours while remaining mechanically unchanged.

The X-Max 250 is powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor. This motor produces 22.8hp at 7000rpm and 24.3Nm at 5500rpm.

In terms of dimensions, the X-Max 250 is 205mm longer, 75mm wider and 315mm taller than the Yamaha Aerox 155.

The X-Max 250 also has a 10mm lower ground clearance than the Aerox 155 and weighs 54kg more.

The X-Max 250 also gets a 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and an LCD speedometer.

It also features an “X” shaped LED headlight and tail lamp setup.

Additionally it also features a high mounted LED indicator setup.

Currently Yamaha sells the X-Max 250 in North America, Europe and parts of Asia. Though, it is unlikely this scooter will make its way to India.
