The Xtreme 160R 4V is 4.5kg-5.5kg heavier than the 2V model, depending on the variant.

The 163cc engine now has a 4V head, an oil-cooler and makes 16.9hp, an increase of 1.7hp.

The Pro variant comes with a 37mm KYB USD fork and Showa monoshock.

To differentiate the two Xtreme models, there are various different cosmetic touches.

The negative LCD dash now shows call and navigation alerts via Bluetooth.

The single seat can be retrofitted onto the Xtreme 160R 4V's Pro variant and comes standard on the other two.

The simpler variants of the Xtreme come with a telescopic fork and monoshock.
