Brixton Cromwell, Crossfire models launching in India this festive season

    Austria-based Brixton Motorcycles, which is a relatively new motorcycle brand, has disclosed that it plans to introduce its Crossfire 500 X, Crossfire 500 XC, Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200 X bikes in India. In April, we reported that Brixton was entering the Indian market and set to launch four models this year.

    Brixton Crossfire 500 X

    The Crossfire 500 X and Crossfire 500 XC share the same 486cc twin-cylinder engine, generating 47.5hp at 8,500rpm and 43Nm at 6,750rpm. The former is classified as a retro roadster, while the latter adopts a scrambler style.

    The Cromwell 1200 is a retro roadster and the Cromwell 1200X is its slightly more rugged version. These larger-capacity bikes boast a 1,222cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 83hp at 6,650rpm and 108Nm at 3,100rpm.

    Brixton Motorcycles is owned by an Austrian family business, KSR Group GmbH. In India, it has partnered with KAW Veloce Motors, a subsidiary of the KAW Group.

    The company is set to launch the aforementioned models in India during the festive season. It plans to diversify its offerings later and set up retail outlets in cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Cochin, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad and Surat.

    The initial batch of Brixton Motorcycles is scheduled for launch in India during the festive season, followed by plans to diversify its range and set up retail outlets in cities like Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Cochin, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, and Surat.
