The British two-wheeler brand had recently revealed the updated 2021 Bonneville range globally, with models featuring minor updates when compared to the 2020 models.

2021 Triumph Bonneville Street Twin

To recap, although the 2021 Street Twin shares the same body panels with its predecessor, Triumph has added subtle cosmetic updates to enhance the appearance. This includes a brushed aluminium headlamp bracket and throttle body covers, and a distinct finned-head and header clamps. The side panels have a mesh insert that seems to have been inspired by the Triumph Speed Twin. Triumph has also replaced the old alloys with machine-finished alloy wheels that add to the premiumness of the design. Lastly, the 2021 Bonneville Street Twin gets a new seat, with 10mm thick foam for added comfort. The result of the fatter seat is a 5mm increase in seat height – it stands at a pretty accessible 765mm.

2021 Triumph Bonneville Street Twin Gold Line

Triumph has also introduced the Bonneville Street Twin in a new Gold Line trim that is limited to 1,000 units globally. Out of these, 30 units will make it to our shores. While the motorcycle is mechanically identical to the standard 2021 Street Twin, the ‘Gold Line’ features a unique Matt Sapphire Black paint scheme with the knee recesses on the tank area painted in a contrasting white. It also gets a new side panel which includes a custom Street Twin logo, a Triumph heritage logo and hand-painted gold lining. You’ll see a similar gold pin stripe on the machined wheels as well.

2021 Triumph Bonneville T100

The 2021 Bonneville T100 that has received small, yet significant updates. Chief among these updates is a Euro 5 (BS6) compliant engine, new suspension and new wheels. The 900cc twin-cylinder engine makes 10hp more than its predecessor and that translates to 65hp at 7,400rpm. Peak torque is 80Nm at 3,750rpm only, but more importantly, 80 percent of it is available from 2,000rpm, and all the way up to 7,000rpm.

2021 Triumph Bonneville T120 and T120 Black

Like the previous-gen bike, it’s available in two variants – T120 and T120 Black – and the differences between them are only cosmetic. Like the other Triumphs, this Bonneville also features an updated 1,200cc twin-cylinder that’s now Euro 5 (BS6) compliant. It is said to be more responsive this time around and puts out 80hp and 105Nm. While the power figure hasn’t changed, torque has increased by 1Nm. For 2021, the T120 benefits from all-new aluminium wheel rims that have helped reduce the motorcycle’s weight by 7kg. The bike also gets a higher-specification Brembo brake at the front that is said to give it better stopping power and feel. It also now uses the company's latest-generation ABS.

2021 Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster

On the Speedmaster, Triumph has also worked towards making the 1,200cc twin-cylinder engine more responsive. It also runs a higher specification fork for 2021, which is said to have improved the comfort. Lastly, the bike can also be had in new colour options.
