Bounce Infinity has entered into a strategic partnership with Greaves Retail to provide battery swapping stations for the latter’s electric vehicles. Following this tie-up, Greaves Retail becomes the first company to use Bounce Infinity’s battery-swapping network. The partners will conduct the pilot project in Bengaluru.
As part of this alliance, there are plans to open battery swapping stations across 10 cities, with each getting 300 battery swap stations to help Greaves Retail strengthen its last-mile connectivity. The battery swapping service will be set up for both, the Greaves Ampere electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
The battery swapping stations will be installed at residential complexes, petrol bunks, restaurants, cafes, corporate offices, among others.
The Bounce swapping stations will have charged and ready-to-go batteries for Greaves Retail customers, which they can easily swap in a few minutes with their near-empty batteries. The integration has already been completed with Greaves electric scooters and would very soon be made available to for their other models.
