The new service will be available through the company’s website
Suzuki has also started a booking service via a toll-free number
It will help Suzuki meet customer demand, during and post lockdown
Suzuki Motorcycle has introduced its ‘Suzuki at your doorstep’ service in India. As the name suggests, test rides, the buying process and aftersales services can now be availed at home. The Japanese brand has said that this will help them meet customer demand, during and post lockdown. Suzuki has said that the new service will be available through the company’s website.
If you're wondering whether your new bike will be delivered by a transport vehicle or just be ridden down to your address, we're given to understand that this will depend on the dealer in question and will also be based on the customer's choice.
Along with accepting bookings online, Suzuki has also begun a service that allows the brand to accept bookings made via a toll-free number. The company hasn’t revealed the number of places this service will be available, but has said that it will be expanded to over 112 Indian cities.
The Japanese two-wheeler maker has also said that the service will be a simplified 5-step process. It’ll begin with booking the desired two-wheeler, and then will be followed by the colour selection, location and dealer selection, choosing the payment mode, and then finally, choosing the date and time.
