Maruti Suzuki had recently unveiled the facelifted Vitara Brezza at the 2020 Auto Expo, but the company is yet to announce pricing for its refreshed SUV. However, a few dealers we spoke to have begun accepting bookings ahead of the model’s launch, which is slated to take place in the coming weeks.
Dealers in cities like Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad told us that bookings have unofficially commenced for an amount ranging from Rs 11,000 to Rs 25,000. Additionally, they have also revealed to us that the updated petrol-powered Vitara Brezza SUV will be sold in seven variants upon launch.

For those not in the know, the Vitara Brezza, for the first time since its 2016 launch, will be sold with a petrol engine. This powerplant – the 1.5-litre K15B petrol that makes 105hp and 138Nm of torque – already does duty on many other Maruti Suzuki models, like the Ciaz and Ertiga, and will also be seen under the hood of the S-cross soon.
Apart from the engine change, the compact SUV also gets exterior styling tweaks, along with features like LED projector headlamps, daytime running lamps, LED tail-lamps, new-look alloy wheels, refreshed upholstery and the SmartPlay Studio infotainment system.
The refreshed Vitara Brezza will see stiff competition from the likes of the Hyundai Venue, the Mahindra XUV300, the Ford EcoSport, and the recently updated Tata Nexon SUV in the Indian market.
