Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition: styling updates
The Kushaq Anniversary Edition gets the same exterior colour options as the standard model. However, similar to the recently launched Volkswagen Taigun First Anniversary Edition, the special edition Kushaq gets an ‘Anniversary Edition’ badge on the C-pillar and the steering wheel, new door-edge protectors, new contrast stitching, and a chrome applique across the base of the doors. Apart from these changes, the Kushaq Anniversary Edition retains the faux diffuser element on the front bumper, a sunroof, and 17-inch alloy wheels.
Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition: powertrain and features
The Kushaq Anniversary Edition is based on the top-spec Style 1.0 and 1.5 trims. It is powered by the 115hp, 175Nm, 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, mated to a 6-speed manual or torque converter automatic with paddle shifters, and the 150hp, 250Nm, 1.5-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, mated to a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
In terms of features, the Skoda Kushaq Anniversary Edition sees the reintroduction of the 10-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This larger display was replaced on the standard car with an 8.0-inch unit in June 2022, due to the global chip shortage.
Standard features on the Kushaq's Style trim include traction control, six airbags, ESC, rain-sensing wipers, automatic climate control, and cruise control.
