The updated Nissan Juke Nismo RS will have 215bhp when it goes on sale early in 2015. Revealed at the Geneva motor show, the facelifted Nismo RS is available in both front-drive and four-wheel-drive guises and is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-litre DIG-T engine offering 28.6kgm of torque. It can be coupled to either a six-speed manual or Xtronic CVT with paddle shifts.
Mechanically, Nissan has also upgraded the Nismo with a new limited-slip differential for improved traction, while also adding larger brakes with ventilated discs at the rear.
Visual updates include unique front and rear bumpers with the firm’s new corporate V-grille design. New, thinner DRLs, bespoke 18-inch alloy wheels and a sports exhaust also feature.
Inside, the new Nismo RS gets Recaro sports seats and pseudo-carbonfibre trim. The standard facelifted Juke will go on sale sometime in the middle of the year.
