Ford has showcased three new Vignale models at the Geneva motor show. The series production Vignale models are based on the Edge SUV, the Kuga and the S-MAX minivan. The three new models takes the tally of Vignale models to four with the American automaker having revealed a Mondeo Vignale last year.
Ford showcased the Edge in metallic brown Vignale Ametista Scura paint shade and also in Vignale White Platinum. Meanwhile, the two S-MAXs were showcased in an exclusive pearlescent-metallic Vignale Milano Grigio and White Premium colours. The carmaker also showcased the Mondeo in liftback and wagon forms.
The Ford Kuga Vignale concept was also unveiled at the show, featuring a Vignale Palazzo Pearl exterior and unique leather treatment for the seats, doors and instrument panel, along with the boot floor and tailgate interior as well. According to Ford, the concept “offers an insight into the future of Ford upscale SUVs in Europe”.
The Vignale line-up offers handcrafted luxurious appointments such as bespoke leather upholstery and trims and unique exterior cues.
Additionally, Ford also announced the launch of new tailored personalisation options and exclusive customer services through selected ‘FordStores’ across Europe.
