Honda is offering attractive benefits on the City, Amaze and 2023 model year City e:HEV models. The total benefits on offer include cash discounts or accessories, exchange bonus, corporate bonus and even a loyalty bonus. Here’s a closer look at all offers available on each model.

Honda City: Discount of up to Rs 1.12 lakh

Benefits on the City include a cash discount of up to Rs 40,000 on 2023 model years, while sedans manufactured in 2024 receive up to Rs 25,000 cash discount. Customers can also opt for free accessories instead of a cash discount – up to Rs 26,947 (MY2023) or up to Rs 16,296 (MY2024). Other benefits, standard on both model years, include an exchange bonus of up to Rs 6,000, corporate bonus of up to Rs 25,000 and a loyalty bonus of Rs 4,000. Additionally, a special edition benefit of up to Rs 36,500 on the Elegant trim and an extended warranty (fourth and fifth years) worth Rs 13,600 on the VS and ZX trims are also on offer.

The Honda City is known for its comfortable ride quality, practicality and reliability. It gets a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, petrol engine that produces 121hp and 145Nm, and comes mated to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The City rivals the Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda Slavia and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz and is priced between Rs 11.71 lakh-16.19 lakh.

Honda City e:HEV: Discount of up to Rs 1 lakh

The City e:HEV is the hybrid version of the regular City. There’s a flat cash discount of Rs 1 lakh on the 2023 model year units, and there are no offers on the newer 2024 units. The more fuel-efficient City is priced between Rs 18.89 lakh-20.39 lakh.

It comes with a similar 1.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine coupled with two electric motors that's mated to an e-CVT gearbox. One electric motor is driven by the petrol engine, which helps charge the battery pack at the rear, while the second, traction motor draws power from the battery and helps drive the front wheels.

Honda Amaze: Discount of up to Rs 92,000

The Amaze, too, receives offers on both 2023 and 2024 model year units. The total offer is inclusive of a cash discount of up to Rs 45,000 for the 2023 version, while the 2024 version receives up to Rs 30,000 cash discount. Instead of a cash discount, customers can also opt for free accessories worth up to Rs 36,246 (MY2023) or up to Rs 12,349 (MY2024). Other benefits include a corporate bonus of up to Rs 23,000 and a loyalty bonus of up to Rs 4,000 that’s standard across both 2023 and 2024 models. Additionally, there is a special edition benefit of up to Rs 30,000 that's available only on the Elite trims of the Amaze.

The compact sedan is powered by a 90hp, 110Nm, 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, petrol engine that is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. The Amaze is known for its airy cabin, comfortable interiors and good ride quality. However, it suffers from poor insulation and also misses out on a CNG option. The Amaze competes with the Hyundai Aura and the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and is priced between Rs 7.16 lakh-9.12 lakh.
