Tata Curvv EV Dark Edition: what’s new?

    Exterior

The chrome lines on the lower section of the front bumper have been blacked out to match the theme. In addition to a new Carbon Black exterior paint, the Curvv EV Dark gets black 18-inch alloy wheels and ‘DARK’ badging on the fenders. The ‘EV’ badges on the front doors, however, remain in a contrasting blue colour.

    Interior

Inside, the dark theme is applied to the otherwise light grey and ivory upholstery. This extends to the roofliner, dashboard, and leatherette seats, which also have ‘DARK’ lettering on the front headrests. A new sunshade has also been added in the new Curvv EV edition.

    Features

The equipment list on offer here is similar to the non-Dark version, including a 10.25-inch driver’s display, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, ambient lighting, a JBL sound system, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats and an air purifier. The Level 2 ADAS suite, which is exclusive to the Empowered+ A trim, is also available; six airbags, rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera and TPMS are standard safety features. In October 2024, the Curvv EV became the third Tata EV to score five stars in BNCAP crash testing
