Up to Rs 57,000 off on Maruti Suzuki Celerio, Alto, Dzire, Swift and more

The Maruti Suzuki Arena dealer network handles the sales of the carmaker's offerings in our market – all apart from the Baleno, Ciaz, Ignis and S-Cross which are handled by the brand's premium Nexa dealer network. For the month of July, Arena dealers are now offering significant discounts and benefits across most of Maruti Suzuki's range of hatchbacks, sedans, MPVs and SUVs. These discounts are being offered by the dealers in an attempt to clear stocks, due to the slowdown in the automotive segment. We have compiled a list of all the vehicles on discount below.

    Maruti Suzuki Celerio

    Save up to Rs 57,500
The Maruti Suzuki Celerio was the carmaker's first budget hatchback to feature an AMT; and in a way it was the car that introduced automatic gearboxes to the masses. However, the Celerio has started showing its age, especially when compared to its rivals that come better equipped. It features the same 68hp, 1.0-litre petrol engine from the Alto K10 with manual and AMT gearbox options; and there's also a CNG variant on offer. Arena dealers are currently offering benefits and discounts of up to Rs 47,500 on the Celerio CNG variants, up to Rs 52,500 on the AMT variants and up to Rs 57,500 on the petrol-manual versions.

    Maruti Suzuki Alto K10

    Save up to Rs 52,500
The Alto K10 is the more powerful of the two Altos available in our market, as it is equipped with a 68hp, 1.0-litre petrol engine. There are two gearboxes available with the budget hatchback – a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. The K10 hatchback recently got an update that added additional safety features like ABS with EBD and reverse parking sensors as standard. Maruti Suzuki Arena dealers are offering up to Rs 42,500 on the CNG, up to Rs 47,500 on the AMT and up to Rs 52,500 on the petrol-manual variants.

    Maruti Suzuki Alto

    Save up to Rs 50,000
Maruti Suzuki’s entry-level hatchback, the Alto, has recently been updated with additional safety equipment and a 796cc, three-cylinder, BS6-compliant petrol engine which puts out 48hp and 69Nm of torque. The refreshed Maruti Suzuki Alto is even offered with a factory-fitted CNG kit. Discounts and benefits of up to Rs 50,000 are being offered across all Alto models by Arena dealers.

    Maruti Suzuki Dzire

    Save up to Rs 47,500
Maruti’s offering in the compact sedan segment – the Dzire – is now in its third generation, which was launched back in 2017. The Dzire received a complete overhaul in its third generation and got completely refreshed exterior and interior styling. With a recent update, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire has also been updated with a 83hp, 1.2-litre, BS6-compliant, K12B petrol engine; and also got some additional safety equipment like dual airbags and ABS with EBD as standard across its range. The Dzire can be had with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT automatic gearbox. The compact sedan’s 1.3-litre diesel engine is still on offer, although the carmaker will phase out the engine before the BS6 norms come into effect. Arena dealerships are offering discounts and benefits of up to Rs 47,500 on both the petrol and diesel variants.

    Maruti Suzuki Celerio X

    Save up to Rs 47,500
In essence, the Maruti Celerio X is a more rugged version of the regular Celerio hatchback. The Celerio X features a host of cosmetic changes over the standard Celerio; like a redesigned front bumper, black exterior body cladding, roof rails and black wheel-covers. The mechanicals remain the same as the standard hatchback, since it uses the same 68hp, 1.0-litre petrol motor paired to either a 5-speed manual or AMT automatic gearbox. Benefits and discounts of up to Rs 47,500 can be had on the Celerio X from Arena dealers across the country.

    Maruti Suzuki Swift

    Save up to Rs 42,500
The Maruti Suzuki Swift is one of the most popular models in the carmaker’s India line-up. The hatchback is in its third generation and it continues to regularly find its way to the bestsellers list. A recent update to the Swift hatchback sees the addition of a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, BS6-compliant K12B engine, which produces 83hp and 113Nm of torque. The 1.3-litre diesel remains unchanged and will be phased out by Maruti before the upcoming BS6 emission norms come into effect. The carmaker’s Arena dealers are offering discounts and benefits of up to Rs 37,500 on the petrol variants while the diesel variants can be had with discounts of up to Rs 42,500.

    Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza

    Save up to Rs 40,000
The Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza has been a consistent top performer in the compact SUV segment ever since its launch. The Vitara Brezza has a 1.3-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that produces 90hp and 200Nm of torque. The engine is available with both, a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox. In an attempt to clear older-generation stock, the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R is being offered with discounts and benefits of up to Rs 30,000.

    Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (Old)

    Save up to Rs 30,000
The Ertiga is Maruti’s bestselling MPV on offer; and ever since the second generation was launched in November last year, dealerships are trying to clear stocks of the previous-gen model. Arena dealers are offering discounts of up to Rs 15,000 on the older 1.4-litre petrol- and CNG-powered Maruti Suzuki Ertiga while the 1.3-litre diesel SHVS trims are offered with discounts of up to Rs 30,000, depending on inventory.

    Maruti Suzuki Omni

    Save up to Rs 27,500
Although the end for the Omni might be near, there are currently only a few other vehicles that match the space it offers for its price it carries. The bare-to-basic Omni can be had with a 800cc petrol engine mated to a manual gearbox only and is available either as a five-seater or a seven-seater. Discounts of up to Rs 27,500 are being offered on the Maruti Suzuki Omni.

    Save up to Rs 22,500
Maruti’s tall boy hatchback received a major overhaul at the start of 2019 with better styling and improved equipment levels. Maruti Suzuki Eeco

    Save up to Rs 17,500
Maruti’s people mover may not be the youngest model in the company’s line-up but it remains a popular model – especially among fleet and taxi operators. The Eeco was recently updated to meet the new safety regulations; and the van was fitted with standard features like a driver's airbag, ABS, rear parking sensors and a speed-alert system. Dealers are offering benefits of up to Rs 17,500 for the Maruti Suzuki Eeco.
