- GT Line version gets 1.0-litre TSI; 1.5-litre TSI for GT Plus Sport

- Volkswagen to now offer Taigun in three distinctive trim levels: GT Edge, Chrome and Sport

On the outside, the Taigun GT Plus Sport gets smoked LED headlamps; Carbon Steel Grey roof; red GT branding on the grille, fender and rear profile; dark chrome door handles; and red brake calipers. The SUV has also gotten a chrome delete, with the front grille, diffuser, wing mirrors, alloy wheels, and fender badges all covered in gloss black.
Inside the cabin, the GT Plus Sport variant features an all-black theme that includes black leatherette upholstery with red stitching, black headliner and gloss black inserts on the dash. The red stitching can also be seen on the steering wheel, while there’s a GT logo on the front seats.
The Taigun GT Line, on the other hand, gets the same chrome delete on the outside, but misses out on the red brake calipers and red GT badge on the grille, and gets a GT Line badge on the doors instead.
