The Tesla Model X has been around since 2015 and is one of the oldest Tesla models around. The Model X is popular globally, thanks to its upward opening Falcon Wing-style doors at the rear. The Model X gets 5-, 6- or 7-seat layouts, and is sold in left- and right-hand-drive markets. There are quite a few Tesla Model X models that have been imported here privately. The Model X is available with multiple battery and motor options, with the most potent being the Model X Plaid that delivers over a 1,000hp from a tri-motor setup. The line-up has been divided with P, which includes the Performance models and D, which is the Dual motor-equipped variants. The Model X is exclusively built at Tesla’s Fremont facility in California for global markets, and rivals the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV, the BMW iX and the Volvo EX90.
