Which city bike should I buy under Rs 2 lakh?

The two bikes that would best fit this usage are the TVS Ronin and the Royal Enfield Hunter 350.

I’m looking for a relaxed city bike under Rs 2 lakh. My requirements are a bike that can handle my 15km daily commute in the city, and go on occasional weekend getaways. Can you please suggest which bike I should go in for?

Autocar India says: Considering your intended usage and budget, two bikes emerge as clear frontrunners – the TVS Ronin and the Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Both these motorcycles have relaxed riding positions and enough power to tackle your daily commute as well as the occasional long ride. Between these two, our pick is the TVS Ronin as it is a lighter, more comfortable and feature-packed machine. The RE Hunter 350 isn’t exactly lacking in that area, but it is significantly heavier than the Ronin, has a harsh rear suspension set-up and relatively heavy clutch lever action. Considering Mumbai’s infamous, pothole-ridden roads, the Ronin’s suspension does a better job of isolating jolts.
