The Ninja ZX-10RR is available in just one colour internationally called Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray, which is an all-black treatment with graphics finished in green. Apart from the new colour, it remains mechanically unchanged. The ZX-10RR is the more race-ready version of the ZX-10R and was developed in tandem with Kawasaki's racing team. Its engine features lighter parts, stiffer valve springs, and a high-lift camshaft. Kawasaki has also equipped it with a set of forged Marchesini wheels wrapped in Pirelli Supercorsa SP tires. It's powered by a 998cc in-line four engine that produces 203hp (213hp with RAM Air) at 13,200 rpm and 114.9Nm at 11,400 rpm.

The standard Ninja ZX-10R, on the other hand, is available in two colours. A standard version that now comes in a colour called Metallic Flat Spark Black/Ebony and a special KRT edition livery called Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White. It, too, only gets aesthetic updates and remains mechanically unchanged. The regular ZX-10R doesn't get the fancy components mentioned above but still comes loaded with features.

Kawasaki currently sells the Ninja ZX-10R in India for Rs 16.79 lakh (ex-showroom India). Both motorcycles remain mechanically unchanged, and Kawasaki has not announced any plans to bring either colour or the ZX-10RR to India.
