Kawasaki has been teasing its upcoming supercharged Z H2 quite extensively. While the older teaser weren’t all that revealing, the latest one did tease us with a silhouette of the bike. However, new spy shots of the motorcycle (in what appears to be a shipping crate) have spoiled Kawasaki’s big launch party on October 23, 2019.

The images that surfaced on the internet reveal the front, and the area around the tank and the tail of the Z H2. The headlight on the upcoming bike looks similar to the one we’ve been seeing on the company’s Z1000. This headlight cluster features a mean-looking design and will most certainly be powered by LEDs. Just like on the other H2 models, this one also has the company’s ‘River Mark’ emblem right above the headlight.

If looked at closely, one can also notice the bulky body panels that sit below the tank. These look like extensions or ‘wings’. The wings generate downforce, helping keep the front-end of the motorcycle stuck to the road, and are often found on MotoGP machines. Kawasaki’s H2R also comes equipped with wings.

The next image puts the tank, handlebar and instrument cluster on display. Interestingly, both the tank and handlebar look similar to the ones on the Z900. Meanwhile, the instrument cluster is the same full-colour TFT that the company teased around a week ago. Lastly, the third image reveals the tail of the motorcycle. This is where we can see the split-seat layout, the ‘Z H2’ emblem and the red highlights on the matte-black bodywork.

For now, the specifications and pricing of the Kawasaki Z H2 remain unknown. That said, we do expect this naked to be the company’s most affordable supercharged model when launched.
