MV Agusta has launched the Dragster 800 RR range in India. The line-up includes three variants – the 800 RR, 800 RR America and the 800 RR Pirelli. The standard 800 RR and the 800 RR America have been priced at Rs 18.73 lakh, while the 800 RR Pirelli will cost you Rs 21.5 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom India). The 800 RR America is a limited-edition model restricted to 200 units worldwide, while the Pirelli too is an exclusive model with a special colour scheme that is a tribute to the Italian tyre manufacturer.

The Dragster is another streetfighter in MV Agusta’s line-up and it is quite similar to the Brutale 800RR, but with a different styling treatment, especially at the rear. The Dragster gets a wider, but shorter tail than the Brutale and it runs a fatter 200-section rear tyre as well. The standout design element here is the laced wire-spoke wheels, which is quite unique for a bike with this level of performance

All three versions of the Dragster 800 RR use the same 798cc, three-cylinder engine from the Brutale family. However, since this is an RR model, the engine is in a higher state of tune making 140hp and 87Nm of torque. MV’s comprehensive electronics suite will be offered as well.
